The liquid MMA is poured into high-precision molds made from glass, giving the final product its consistent thickness and smooth finish. Unlike extruded acrylic, which is rolled into sheets, cast acrylic sheets are chemically polymerized within the mold, resulting in better optical properties and resistance to internal stress.

Our facility uses fully computerized production systems that monitor every stage — from temperature control to curing time. This allows us to maintain uniform thickness, exceptional strength, and flawless surface quality in every sheet we produce.
